How do I sign up?
At Ocean Telecom, we believe in always meeting customer’s needs. Just give one of our experienced sales team a call, have a talk with us about what you require in your business and we’ll ensure to get you what you need. Depending on your needs, we will have a chat with you or arrange a site visit to size up your needs. We support you every step of the way.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Shropshire, Wrexham, Powys and the surrounding areas. But just because you’re not local, it doesn’t mean we won’t be able to assist you. We also have customers in North Wales, Cheshire, Staffordshire and West Midlands. Some as far as Yorkshire and Scotland.
What are your payment methods and billing cycles?
At Ocean Telecom we accept payments by BACS and Direct Debit. Invoices are generated at the beginning of the month, aiming to get to you by the 8th, with direct debit taken on or around 22nd of the same month.
What support do you provide if there’s an issue or downtime?
We pride ourselves on our fast response to downtime. From the moment you inform us of an issue, we will track, monitor and get regular updates to keep you informed.
